This checklist has been compiled to aid those employers and employees in general industry and construction who seek to comply voluntarily with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) standards for welding, cutting, and brazing. The questions that make up this checklist are based on 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1910, Subpart Q, and 29 CFR Part 1926, Subpart J, (OSHA) Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the General and Construction Industry.
